Our factory, located in the heart of East Nashville, is where all of our chocolate-coated dreams become a reality. Come by for a visit to shop all of our confections, including factory exclusives and seasonal favorites. Then, stay for a tour to see our unique process of making bean-to-bar Southern Artisan Chocolate® for yourself. And of course, there will be chocolate tasting along the way to help digest the information!

A LITTLE ABOUT US

In 2007, the start of Olive & Sinclair looked like hand-cracking cacao beans and testing endless small batches on friends. Since then we’ve grown a bit but some things have stayed the same. We’re still committed to using whole beans, staying true to our Southern roots by stone grinding, and letting our curiosity guide the way.
