In 2007 the start of Olive & Sinclair looked like hand-cracking cacao beans and testing endless small batches on friends. Since then we’ve grown a bit but some things have stayed the same. We’re still committed to using whole beans, staying true to our Southern roots by stone grinding, and letting our curiosity guide the way.
