BOURBON NIB BRITTLE

2014 Gold Winner for "Best Confection" by Specialty Food Association

A touch fruity, delightfully complex, and a little rebellious. Our Bourbon Nib Brittle is made by aging our slow-roasted cacao beans (“nibs”) in select small batch bourbon barrels. These bourbon-scented nibs are then folded into rich, crunchy toffee and coated with our own stone-ground 67% dark chocolate. This treat is a little fancy, a little dangerous, and entirely worth it. The bite without the burn!
