Bourbon Nib Brittle
Fruity, complex, and a little rebellious. Our Bourbon Nib Brittle is made by aging our slow-roasted cacao beans, "nibs" in select small batch bourbon barrels. These bourbon-scented nibs are then folded into rich, crunchy toffee and coated with our own stone-ground 67% dark chocolate. This treat is a little fancy, a little dangerous, and entirely worth it. Smoked Nib Brittle
We partner with our friend and East Tennessee legend, Allan Benton, to create our nut-free Smoked Nib Brittle. Mr. Benton smokes our nibs right alongside his famed Bacon and Hams using hickory wood, leaving them with the signature flavor that Benton's Bacon is known for.
