Duck Fat Caramels
The original Duck Fat Caramels were literally born behind the duck blind, and inspired by French technique. This rooted American pastime of duck hunting inspires each batch. The caramelized cane sugar, rich savory duck fat combined with a touch of herbs and pinch of chili round out these decadent decoys.
